Dr S Chandrasekhar, Secretary to the Govt. of India, Department Of Science And Technology (Dst) inaugurated TEXMiN, the mining technology innovation hub of Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad. He lauded the technologies developed by TEXMiN.
